Katie Benson, MS-MPH, is a pediatric dentist dedicated to making small smiles healthy and beautiful.
Dr. Katie graduated with honors from the UNC School of Dentistry after completing her undergraduate degree at The University of North Carolina. She then went on to obtain her Master of Science and Certificate of Pediatric Dentistry from The Ohio State University and Nationwide Children’s Hospital. A native of Wilmington, Dr. Katie practiced pediatric dentistry in Chapel Hill, NC for two years before she decided to return home!
Dr. Katie is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and a member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the North Carolina Dental Society, the North Carolina Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the Southeastern Society of Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Katie is on the professional medical and dental team at both New Hanover Regional Medical Center and Brunswick Medical Center.
She lives in Wilmington with her fur-child and goldendoodle, Tucker. When she is not working tomake small smiles healthy and beautiful, you can find Dr. Katie close to the water or spending time with friends and family.
